A SOLDIERS THOUGHTS

My efforts of a life time r al in vein,
in grief im,
my heart's in pain,
my strenght iv lost,
head hangs in shame,
my mind is blurred,
iv lost d game.

but let us c in the midst of hell,
wat stories do my wounds tell,
ill die 2day 4 me tolls the bell,
but finally my death will break the spell!

for 60 yrs iv walked wid u ,
lived wd u,iv died for u..
in blistering deserts,in freezing hills,
in every front iv faught 4 u.

remember kashmir in 48,
where id faught for this day,
lhr was burning in 65,
and we'd faught side by side,
but then cums tragdy of 71,
where 5 of us couldnt b 1

the enemy laufd n njoyed the show,
v lost r bros in 1 bloody blow!
once again in kargil u asked for my blood,
v spilled so much,it formed a flood

2day i fight for waziristan,
isnt it a part of pakistan?
in battle i dont find ur prayers for me,
i loose my heart wen i cum n c

u lauf n crak wen my ranks fall,
u long for the day wen i cant stand tall!
they want to fresshen r wounds..
fresshen r pain,fresshen r grief..
they want to humilate us once again
but i wont let that happen again.
ill fall fighting but will stand again.
for me the duty has called again.
im a warrior ill answer again
